What Is a Sales Funnel?

A sales funnel, on the other hand, is laser-focused on conversions. Instead of showing everything at once, a funnel guides visitors through a step-by-step journey that leads them toward taking a specific action, like:

  • Downloading a freebie

  • Signing up for your email list

  • Purchasing a product

  • Booking a consultation

Funnels are designed to remove distractions and make it easy for people to say “yes” to one thing at a time.
